Vehicle Recovery, Booked & Paid Online

Recovery quotes use estimated pickup-to-drop-off road distance, vehicle weight and service type. The selected date and time window, urgency, vehicle load, wheelbase, whether it rolls freely and passenger selection can affect the price. Jump-start and fuel requests use separate pricing. The checkout total covers the service and selections described in your booking, paid online. Changes to the job or additional access, waiting, specialist loading, storage, tolls, parking or clean-air costs may require an additional charge explained and agreed before the work. A non-running vehicle may be recoverable, but loading must be assessed. Tell us if it cannot roll, steer or brake, is stuck in gear, has locked wheels or has missing keys. Equipment and handling depend on the vehicle, its condition, collection access and manufacturer instructions. Do not assume every non-runner can be loaded.

Be contactable and arrange access to the vehicle. For an auction, impound or restricted site, arrange the appointment, release documents, keys, identification and permission needed for collection. Tell us about access restrictions before booking; incomplete details can delay or prevent recovery.

Tell us the passenger count when booking. Passenger transport is not included unless agreed in advance and remains subject to safe seating capacity and operator acceptance. Selecting passengers in the quote does not override those restrictions.

Choose an available date and preferred pickup window in the booking flow. Driver matching follows booking confirmation. Availability, traffic, weather and access can affect arrival; the preferred window is not a guaranteed arrival time.
