How much does vehicle recovery cost?
Recovery quotes use estimated pickup-to-drop-off road distance, vehicle weight and service type. The selected date and time window, urgency, vehicle load, wheelbase, whether it rolls freely and passenger selection can affect the price. Jump-start and fuel requests use separate pricing. The checkout total covers the service and selections described in your booking, paid online. Changes to the job or additional access, waiting, specialist loading, storage, tolls, parking or clean-air costs may require an additional charge explained and agreed before the work. Do I pay anything online?
Yes — you pay the full fixed price securely by card when you book, processed by Stripe. Your booking is confirmed after payment succeeds and confirmation is sent, and you get a full refund if we cannot fulfil your recovery.
How fast can someone reach me?
There is no fixed arrival time. Seeing a quote or receiving a response does not assign a driver. After payment and booking confirmation, we look for an available driver, keep you updated on WhatsApp and connect you once a driver is found. Arrival is a later stage and depends on availability, location, traffic, weather and access. Your preferred pickup window is not a guaranteed arrival time.
Who actually recovers my vehicle?
Easy Car Recovery is a trading style of 3C NET (PVT) LTD. We arrange bookings through the TowMyCar network, with recovery carried out by independent operators. Contact us if you need to confirm the provider arrangements for your booking.
What does the free vehicle check show?
The free lookup can show the make, colour, fuel type, year, MOT and tax status returned for your registration. Some fields may be unavailable. This is a vehicle-record lookup, not an inspection of its condition or a guarantee that it is suitable for recovery.
Where can I book recovery?
We arrange recovery across England, Scotland and Wales through the TowMyCar network, subject to operator availability and suitable access and equipment. Enter the collection and destination details when requesting a quote. A displayed price does not confirm that a driver is available for the job.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference. Our Refund Policy provides a full refund before driver dispatch. After dispatch, lawful deductions may apply for reasonable costs actually incurred; we explain the deduction and refund the balance. If we cannot arrange recovery, or you decline a revised quote and contact us to cancel, we refund the original booking price. Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method; your bank controls when they appear.
Is my breakdown an emergency?
We are not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger — for example stopped in a live lane — call 999 first, then arrange recovery.
